专利摘要:
A flat knitting machine comprises flexible shank needles arranged in the needle channels of the needle bed, and, arranged behind these, jacquard jacks as well as a cam system which is movable over the needle bed and which comprises interengageable needle, jacquard and selection cam units which have fixed and shiftable cam elements. In order to create the possibility of selection for the flexible shank needles with sinkable needle butts, and in which the needle channel cutting is without interruption, i.e. can be produced with constant depth by one cutting pass, the flexible shank needles have an anterior first needle butt always projecting from the needle bed and a posterior second needle butt which sinks into the needle bed under the resilience of its own flexible shank. Behind each flexible shank needle there is provided a displaceable arresting jack having an arresting jack butt as well as a coupling portion at its forward end for coupling to the flexible shank of the flexible shank needle and for simultaneously lifting the second needle butt from the needle bed. Behind the arresting jack there is displaceably mounted a jacquard jack which has a first, operating butt and a second, selection butt. In the needle cam unit, at least in the region of the second needle butt, and symmetrically arranged with respect to the central longitudinal axis of the cam system, there are provided two needle sinkers displaceable in the plane of the cam system and two cam units shiftable into and out of the plane of the cam system for extending the needles in the formation of stitches.

The invention relates to planar intake machines.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the structure by simplifying the fabrication of the needle channels of the needle cases in one pass of the cutter. I
Fig. 1 schematically shows a needle bar along one needle channel with needles that are in the main position when not in use, and stop and jacquard platinum, also in the non-working position, cross section; Fig. 2 shows jacquard platinum located in the main position, the pt of which, serving for selection, is in the zone of selection selection, the cross section in Fig. 3 is retaining platinum, which is just before the moment of connection. with needle, cross section; 4 shows a platinum stopper connected to the needle, a cross section; in FIG. 3, the preferred form of the implementation of the locking system, top view; 6 is the same, loops with the same dpina of the puff; Fig. 7 shows the locking system, top view (formation of the arms with the same length of the puff); Fig. 8 shows a locking system included for operation on a three-way technique upon receipt of the arches and loops with the same tightening length; in Fig. 9, the same is included for transferring loops when re-rolling; Figure 10 is the same, enabled to receive loops when re-rolling; Figure 11 - the same is included to form short and long loops; Figure 12 - the same is included to form short and long arms; in Fig. 13, the same is included for three-way operation in the formation of short loops and long arches; Fig. 14 is a simplified locking system with constant tightening of loops during receiving in the zalar series, including dp of a three-way technique in obtaining identical bows and loops, top view; Fig. 15 is a plan view of an embodiment of a locking system according to the invention.
Figures 1 to 4 show the cross sections of the needle bed 1 along the needle channels with different needle positions 2 of the locking plates 3 and the jacquard plates 4 relative to each other before the needle 2 is connected with the stopper 3, as well as these two elements in a connected state nii.
In Fig. 1, the needles 2 are in an inoperative position (main position) in the form of a ridge. Stop platinum 3 and. jacquard platinum 4 is also inoperative.
The needle canals in the needle case 1 are designed so that they have the initial depth of the entire length. The needles 2 with a spring stem, locking platinum 3 and jacquard platinum 4 are held in the needle case by covering tires 5, 6 or 7.
Each needle 2 has a front hem 8 and a back heel 9. The fore hem 8 always protrudes from the needle case. The rear pc 9 is located at the rear end of the spring rod 10 of the needle 2 and is in its primary position outside of work, i.e. it disappears in the needle case due to the spring-loaded spring 10.
On the lower side of the rear heel 9 of the needle 2 a stop cam 11 is mounted, which rests in the main position on the base of the needle channel. The locking cam 11 has two opposing incident bevels 12 and 135 which serve to connect the needle 2 to the stopper plate 3,
The stopper platinum 3 has at its front end a joint site 14, which is made in the form of two incident bevels 15 and 16 located opposite each other. Behind the joint site 14 is a stopper notch 17 for receiving the locking cam 11 of the needle 2, In addition, the stopper platinum 3 has I8, the active working zone of which stretched across the entire width of the longitudinal notch 19 on the upper side of the needle bed 1. The heel 18 of the stopper platinum 3 protrudes above the base of the longitudinal notch 19, but not over the upper side of the needle bed 1.
The jacquard platinum 4, which is partially installed on the stopper platinum 3 and has the ability to slide along it, has a front working stack 20 and a back serving for picking 21. The employee for picking 21 21 of two adjacent jacquard platinum 4 is installed as steps on different places, i.e. on different but different
the distance between the covering bus 7,
If the carriage of the flat carriage moves with its locks along the needle bed 1, the locking piece 22 captures the jacquard platinum 4 by its working tab 20 and moves the jacquard platinum 4 from the position shown in figure 1 to the position shown in figure 2, in which jacquard platinum 4 is in the basic position. In this position, at the main position, the jacquard platinum 4 abuts with its front end 23 directly to the strip 18 of the stopper platinum 3 and serving 21 picks into the selective selection zone, in which the folding flap (lifting triangle) 24 is turned on or selected (Fig .5–15 (denoted by 38, 29, 40, and 41) can capture a picker 2I.
The position of the jacquard platinum 4, as shown in FIG. 1, can be achieved inside the lock in the zone of maximum tightening with the help of the lower wedges of the lock, but before leaving the lock it again takes the position shown in figure 2,
If needle 2 is to be displayed, then jacquard platinum 4, which has been put in the position shown by lock 22 (figure 5) in the position shown, is selected by a folding flap 24 (37-40) until 18 of the locking platinum 3. can be captured by part of the lock 25 (fig.Z). The selected locking plate 3 is located with its rolling bevel 5 in front of the bevel 13 needles 2. The detail of lock 25 moves the stopper plate 3 further forward and the detail of lock 26 is in front of the front needle 8 of needle 2 always protruding from needle case 1 and prevents the needle from sliding. 2 with the connection made between the locking plate 3 and the needle 2. With this clutch process, the incident bevel 15 of the locking plate moves along the incident bevel 13 of the needle 2 and lifts the spring bar of the needle 10 at the back hem 9 and enables the locking th cam 11 to fall into the locking notch 17 (figure 4). The posterior needle needle 9 protrudes from the needle case and enters the area of the locking parts shown on

5-15, which move the needle 2 to the working position.
Disengagement of the needles 2 and the stopper platinum 3 is carried out in the opposite sequence, while the emergency joint 27 moves the stopper platinum 3 down (or to the left) and part of the lock 28 holds the needle 2 at the front heel 8, as a result of which the uncoupling can occur (Fig 2 ).
The preferred lock system is shown in FIGS. 5-13. This lock system has five lockable parts, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, as well as four moving wedge 34, 35, 36, and 37 in the plane of the castle. I lift the triangle needle or the selective swing bars 38-40 or 41 can be The needles are turned on or turned off with the help of magnets for picking. The remaining parts of the lock (vertical hatching) are fixed or not included. The middle longitudinal axes of the locks are indicated by the letter M.
In the embodiments of the locking system ™; the themes shown in Figures 5-13, you can selectively fit the loops or arms of ours when using three-way equipment with selectively selected needles to carry out various loops or arches of various sizes. In addition, with the help of this lock, it is possible to transfer in both directions of the carriage to the back needle bed or to the front needle bed and at the same time to both needle beds.
Fig. 5 shows a first embodiment of a lock system with corresponding footnotes. Fig. 6 shows the inclusion of the locking system in the first form of embodiment 5 for moving the carriage from right to left and for passing needles and plates in making loops of the same size. The selective flap 29 and the detail of the lock 30 are in an operating position. The needles and platinum are in the main position. The rear end of the needle 9 needle 2 is lowered into the needle bed 1, i.e. located outside the corresponding lock zone. The cutting wedge 35 is 5 in the needle lowering position, and the cutting wedge 36 is set manually or with the aid of a pinch electric motor at the same depth of lowering of the needles or needles in a position resembling

comb, In this case, the zones of adhesion, inside the lock system, are indicated by the letter (ct), and the uncoupling zones inside the lock system, by the letter (&),
Each heel 18 of the stopper plate 3 is moved down by means of the fixed key part 42 downwards and with the help of the next fixed key part 43, which acts on the work bar 20 of the jacquard plate 4, returns to its original position again. These movements are used because of the maximum depth of lowering of the needles in the opposite direction, but inevitably, due to this, they are also maintained during forward movement.
Selective, folding flap 39 is in working condition and moves, by means of picking 21 of jacquard platinum 21 serving to pick 4, 18 of stopper platinum 3 to the area of the lock part 44, in which zone 45 there is an engagement between the stowed platinum 3 and the needle 2, namely, in the clutch zone (a). At the same time, the fixed locking part 46 holds the needle 2 by means of its front heel 8, as a result of which it cannot move upwards during engagement. When connected, the rear heel of the needle 9 enters the work and is captured by the lock 47 part, as well as the lock 30 that is in working condition, and the needle is raised to a height corresponding to the closing operation. The fixed frame part 48 limits the protrusion of the needle 2 and ensures the combining of the wedge 35, and also due to the action of the chopper wedge 36 in a known manner, lowering the needles to lay the thread and form loops. The locking platinum 3 makes the movement of the needle 2 forced and dependent on the fixed parts of the lock 49 and 50 and provides in the area of the release (b) the release of both parts.
At the same time, part of the lock 50 limits the movement of the needle 2 due to the impact on its front heel 8 from below, so that when the locking plate 3 moves downward, due to the action of the locking part 49 on the heel 18 of the locking plate 3, disengagement can occur. After this, the jacquard platinum 4 returns forcibly due to the effect on its back numbered 9 in the initial position.
Fig. 7 shows a diagram of the locking system when operating under the same conditions, however, to obtain arches of the same size. In this case, a selective swing bar 39 was put into action and the cultivating wedge 35 was set in the needle lowering position. The culinary wedge 36 is in the same position. or a bit higher. The locking part 30. However, it is not in working condition, as a result of which the selected needles 2 with the help of the locking part 47 remain in the extended position until the next descent at the extraction height.
Fig. 8 shows the form of the lock for the three-way technique and for obtaining the same size of the arches and hinges. The locking parts 30 and 33 are in working condition. Selective flaps 38 and 39 are controlled by magnets, while the selective flaps 38 select the needles that should form the bows, and the selective level 39 chooses the needles that form loops, the Culinary wedge 35 is set to the lowering position, and the culinary wedge the wedge 36 is also in this position.
The needles 2 forming the arms are connected by means of fixed locking parts 51 and 52 in the joint zone (h) with the selected locking plates 3 and thereafter by means of the fixed lock part 53 acting on the needle 9 in the working position The webs 8 are pushed into the zone of action of the fixed locking piece 54 and are positioned with it to the height of the stand. When it is extended by means of the locking part 54 and holding the heel 18 of the locking plate 3 against the fixed locking part 35, the selected needles 2 are disconnected in the uncoupling zone (B). Their back hem 9 disappears in the needle case and cannot be captured by subsequent locking parts . The lowering of the needle 2 selected for the formation of the bow is carried out with the aid of a scuba wedge 33 and 36,
Loop-forming needles are selected by a selective flap 39, the further movement of these needles 2 selected to form loops corresponds to loops of the same length
tightening, except that the lowering of the needles is carried out by the lowering part of the lock 33 by means of a scuba wedge 35.
If it is necessary to make large loops using a locking system (Fig. 8) using a three-way technique, it is necessary to place the cutting wedge 35 lower than the cutting wedge 36 P 9 of the needles 2 selected to form the bows of the needles 2 thereafter even deeper, as The webs 9 are re-embedded in the needle case 1, and thus they cannot be caught by the quill wedge 35. The needles 2 selected for looping are further lowered with the help of the quill wedge .35 and by the high located 9. kudir wedge 36 only to a small depth of lowering the needle.
The selective flap 38 and the cutting wedge 33 are in working condition. Culinary wedges 34 and 37 are shifted downwards in the plane of the lock, so that the webs 9 of the needles 2 selected for transferring the loops are captured by the front part of the cutting wedge 34, and the heights 8 of the unselected needles 2 cannot be caught by the culinary wedge 37 and thus unselected needles 2 pass through the lock without being raised or lowered in a comb-like position. The front webs 8 of the needles 2 selected for transferring the loops, extended by the front part of the winding wedge and placed in the zone of the fixed locking part 56 for the transfer of the loops, are advanced in a known manner by this part of the lock 56 for transferring the loops and then pulled back by the fixed parts of the lock 56 and 57, as well as the operating parts of the lock 33 to the comb-like position. Culinary wedges 35-36 are also at this level or slightly deeper.
Selective flaps 39 are in working condition. When transferring the loops from the front to the rear needle bar or simultaneously reversing in two directions, the locking part 33 of the choking wedge must be turned on, since after the loop is transferred, the receiving needle must be pulled down simultaneously with the transfer, and given away a little earlier.

It depends on where the needle is in, in the front or rear needle case, i.e. Whether the needles moved in the front needle case on the left or the right near the needles in the rear needle case.
The lock scheme and the passage of needles and plates are basically the same as described for large loops and small bows, the only difference is that lock part 1 is additionally included in the operation. The needles selected by the selective flap 38 are then extended to the height of the loops.
The locking scheme and the passage of needles and platinum are similar to those in Fig. 8, but the difference is that they are locks. the parts 30 are inoperative. The needles selected by the selective flap 39 are then extended to the height of the rebound.
The locking piece 32 is in working condition and thus the needles 2, selected by the selective flap 38 and disconnected in the area of disconnection (b) by the locking parts 54 and 55, are extended by means of the string 8 to the height of the incarceration.
Using the locking system (Figures 5-13), you can make the following selective passes of needles and platinum: form loops of the same size, form handles of the same size, a three-way technique, the formation of identical arms and loops, a three-way equipment, the formation of small arms and loops , transfer of loops, reception of loops, formation of small and large loops, formation of small and large arches, three-way technique, formation of small loops and large arches.
Fig. 14 shows a simplified diagram of the implementation of the locking system, with the help of which it is impossible to achieve any selective needles of different sizes. In this embodiment, there are no lockable parts 31 and 32, as well as a wedge 36 and 37, while the fixed locking parts 58 and 59 remain.
The engaging part of the chute wedge lock 33 is used only to transfer loops. Otherwise, the needles and platinum passages correspond to the passages in FIGS. 6, 7, 9, and 10.
With this locking system (Fig. 15), the locking part of the scooter wedge 33 is missing. The movable smoking wedges 36 and 37 can be pulled back and pivoted. With needle passes and paying in FIG. 6} i 1, the wedge 36 is in an idle state, and in FIGS. 8-13 it is in a working condition. In principle, it is possible to increase the process productivity in several locking systems next to each other. .
